These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website Crude & Rude (the “Website”) and the purchase of products offered through it. By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to CANDAON Ltd. “You” or “Customer” refers to any natural person acting outside their trade or profession.
2. Scope of Application
These Terms apply to all distance contracts concluded between us and consumers through the Website, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.
3. Products
We sell printed T-shirts and related apparel (“Products”). Product images are illustrative. Minor variations in color, texture, or print positioning may occur due to the nature of textile printing and screen calibration.
4. Orders and Contract Conclusion
An order placed through the Website constitutes an offer by you to purchase the selected Products. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email or dispatch the Products, whichever occurs first.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Delivery costs, if applicable, are shown before the order is finalized. Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.
6. Delivery
We currently deliver orders via Ekont Express, using their services and pricing framework.
Delivery costs shown at checkout are estimates based on the information available at the time of order (including destination, selected service, and estimated weight and dimensions). Final delivery costs are determined by the courier after physical measurement of the parcel.
If the final delivery cost does not exceed the amount paid at checkout, the order is dispatched without further notice.
If the final delivery cost exceeds the estimated amount paid, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you wish to proceed. In such cases, you may:
- approve the adjusted delivery cost, or
- cancel the order and receive a full refund.
We will never dispatch an order with increased delivery charges without your explicit consent.
Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination, courier workload, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon physical receipt of the Products.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, starting from the day you receive the Products, unless an exception applies.
Important exception: the right of withdrawal does not apply to Products made to the Customer’s specifications or clearly personalized, including custom-printed T-shirts produced on demand. Your statutory rights for defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
8. Returns and Complaints
If you receive a defective or non-conforming Product, notify us within a reasonable time after discovery. We may request photographic evidence. If the complaint is justified, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Bulgarian and EU law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including designs, graphics, text, logos, and images, is our intellectual property or used under license. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit, unless liability is mandatory under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Bulgarian or EU law.
11. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Details are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, in compliance with applicable EU consumer protection rules. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent Bulgarian courts, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

14. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of order placement shall apply.
