Orders are prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days. Once dispatched, delivery is usually next working day via Ekont. You can choose delivery to an Ekont office or directly to your address.

You can pay online by card or choose cash on delivery. Card payments are processed securely via Stripe. Cash on delivery is handled by the courier and may include an additional service fee, which is usually included in the delivery fee.

You can return your order within 14 days of delivery, as required by EU law. Items must be unworn and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds are processed after the return is received.
